As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities includes source candidates through various channels, plan interviews, selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. More about this role:

✓ Develop And Execute End-To-End Talent Acquisition Strategies To Support Hiring Activities Across Functions And Businesses In Your Assigned Location/Portfolio/Project.
✓ Partner With Global Human Resources Services Groups And Business Human Resources Leaders To Build Sourcing Strategies And Recruiting Plans Based On The Needs Of The Business And Locations.
✓ Partner With Hiring Managers Independently To Drive A Consultative Approach For Market Research And Mapping, Sourcing, Assessment, Selection And Offer Management In Order To Recruit Top Diverse Candidates In A Cost-Effective Manner.
✓ Play The Role As Cargill Employer Brand Ambassador And Ensure Strong Positive Candidate Experience, Thus Building Cargill As Employer Of Choice In The Marketplace
✓ Develop Partnerships With External Partners Including Recruitment Agencies And Target Universities To Generate Interest In Cargill Recruiting Events And Opportunities.
✓ Manage Mobile Recruitment Activities, Attend Local Job Fairs, And Maintain Rapport Within Local Communities.
✓ Build Business Acumen And Stay On Top Of Recruiting Trends And External Practices To Ensure We Are Effective And Competitive In The Market.
✓ Utilize Internal Analytics And Metrics To Resolve Or Improve Upon Talent Acquisition Practices/Processes And Strategies.

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
✓ Experience with applicant tracking system such as Taleo
✓ Experience in data mining, lead generation and candidate research
✓ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment equity, employment law, and diversity recruiting strategies
✓ Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders on all levels
✓ Solid business acumen and business partnering skills as well as strong negotiation skill.
✓ Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and process management skills which ensure consistent quality of service delivery
