Responsibilities include:

As a Solicitor, you will take instructions from clients and advise on necessary courses of legal action

✓ Meet and interview clients to establish the firm's suitability to provide the necessary advice and services
✓ Give the legal advice to the client relating to their case
✓ Research case and legislation by document to ensure the accurancy of advice and procedure
✓ Draft all legal document
✓ Correspond with clients and opposing solicitors
✓ Liaising with clients and other professionals such as barristers
✓ Represent the clients in court
✓ Keep up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and law reports


✓ Master / BSc degree in Law
✓ Knowledge of laws and legal procedures
✓ Dedication and commitment to a career in law
✓ Good in anaytical and interpersonal skills
✓ A professional approach to work, integrity and a respect for confidentiality
✓ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
