Responsibilities include:

As a Social Media Manager, your responsibility includes administer our social media accounts. More about this role:

✓ Plan, create and execute social media campaigns in line with the digital marketing strategy.
✓ Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and, best practices
✓ Assist in advert and campaign planning across all paid social channels.
✓ Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
✓ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
✓ Oversee social media accounts’ design
✓ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Requirements:

✓ Possess a degree in Marketing/Communications/Business/Journalism.
✓ Excellent copywriting skills
✓ Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
✓ Knowledge of online marketing channels
✓ Familiarity with web design
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Analytical and multitasking skills
