Responsibilities include:

As a Senior Account Manager, your responsibility includes supervise account representatives to ensure customer needs are met. More about this role:

✓ Building expertise on a brand’s competitive landscape and producting differentiators
✓ Setting sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligning with business strategies
✓ Supervising and supportting account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
✓ Understanding appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative, and media needs, Collaborating with Strategic Planning to develop briefs
✓ Collaborating with Strategic Planning to develop briefs
✓ Establishing core relationships with junior clients
✓ Acting as key collaborator with Consulting groups
✓ Developing key creative relationships

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
✓ One to two years related experience required with established track record including experience working autonomously
✓ Experience presenting information both orally and in writing
✓ Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
✓ Team management skills
✓ Strong analytical and organization skills
