As a Sales Director, your responsibility includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. More about this role:
✓ Handling overall responsibility for managing the sales, achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales target
✓ Identifying emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and state of competition
Continuously nurture current and prospective client with helpful industry knowledge.
✓ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
✓ Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
✓ Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
✓ A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience with travel, ecommerce and retail industries are a big plus!
✓ Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
✓ Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
✓ Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
✓ Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
✓ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
