Responsibilities include:

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibility includes be the PIC for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. More about this role:

✓ Making Monthly Sales Report
✓ Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
✓ Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
✓ Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
✓ Communicating important feedback from customers internally

Requirements:

✓ Diploma/Bachelor degree from any field
✓ Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
✓ Understanding of sales performance metrics
✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✓ A team player with high level of dedication
