Responsibilities include:

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibility includes be the PIC for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. More about this role:

✓ Making monthly retail sales report
✓ Contacting retail clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
✓ Liaising with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
✓ Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
✓ Communicating important feedback from customers internally


✓ Diploma / BSc in Marketing is a plus or related field
✓ Good in Microsoft Office applications.
✓ Familiar with retail sales procces
✓ Understanding of sales performance metrics
✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✓ A team player with high level of dedication
