✓ Monitoring activities and ensuring code of conduct are being uphold in every activities
✓ Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
✓ Analyzing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
✓ Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
✓ Assisting sales division in making and planning area promotional program, collecting and analyzing competition brand area promotion program and implement regulation


✓ Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
✓ Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
