Responsibilities include:

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. More about this role:

✓ Provides personal administrative support to top management through conducting and organizing administrative duties
✓ Updating and controlling daily task, filling activities, and other administrative communications for top management
✓ Prepare and setup meeting material and report
✓ Prepare document for business
✓ Coordinate logistics for business
✓ Managing Office Work and Admin as a team
✓ Responsible for department meeting support

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor Degree from Economy/Accounting/Business/Secretary
✓ Proven work experience as a personal assistant
✓ Excellent skill in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✓ Responsible and Hard Working, Can work as a team
✓ Outstanding organisational and time management skills
✓ Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
✓ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
✓ Discretion and confidentiality
