Network Admin
Responsibilities include:
As a Network Admin responsibility is to manage the daily operations of computer and keep networks or system updated
✓ Install and configure computer networks and systems
✓ Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
✓ Assemble new systems
✓ Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
✓ Ensure network security and connectivity
✓ Work with IT support personnel
✓ Provide network administration and support
✓ Research and make recommendations on server system administration
Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field of study.
✓ Proven experience in a network administrator role
✓ Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
✓ Experience with local area network and wide area network administration.
✓ Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
✓ Ability to set up and configure server hardware
✓ Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
✓ Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking
