Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities include:

As a Marketing Analyst, your responsibility is to research and identify ways to build company brands and acquire new clients. More about this role:

✓ Define and own dashboard for Online Marketing that provide insights to help enhance our understanding of customer segmentation and interests
✓ Be the expert in using data to analyze market trends and patterns
✓ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as CRM and Customer Service team to conduct user research; and Data and Technology team to provide a custom report to support Online Marketing performance
✓ Identify opportunities and development needs in order to improve branding investment efficiency and effectiveness
✓ Provide weekly and monthly report on market trends and the result of branding media investment activities
✓ Understand consumer research and able to supervise as well as provide a clear brief to marketing research agency

Requirements:

✓ BSc in Marketing or relevant fields
✓ Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
✓ Expertise in Google Analytics
✓ In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
✓ Experience with PPC campaigns
✓ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✓ Analytical abilities
