Legal Compliance
Responsibilities include:

As a Legal Compliance, you will provide legal advice to support all business functions and maintaining Good Corporate Governance related policies and procedures

✓ Provide legal advice, compliance and risk management
✓ Implementation of legislation and policies
✓ Contract negotiation and review various types of documents and contracts
✓ Liaising and coordinating reporting matters
✓ Managing and maintaining Good Corporate Governance related policies and procedures, and Good Corporate Governance implementation within the company.
✓ Supervising and managing the implementation of compliance systems, policies and procedures in the daily company activities
✓ Maintaining the legal and compliance database
✓ Prepare policies and procedures related to compliance


✓ BSc degree in Law
✓ Experience as legal compliance officer or working in law firms, preferably with some experiences as corporate counsel
✓ Excellent understanding and knowledge internal compliance system, policy and procedure, and understand the regulatory reporting
✓ Excellent understanding in regulatory compliance matters
✓ Have skill in leadership and problem-solving skills
✓ Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and people management skills
