HR Operations Manager
Responsibilities include:

As a HR Operations Manager, your responsibility includes oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. More about this role:

✓ Develop and oversee its end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company has the right people in the business.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
✓ Monitor internal HR systems and databases
✓ Set the objectives and KPI for the employees and evaluate it to monitor the performance
✓ Design and implement company's policies
✓ Addressing employees' queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)
✓ Reviewing and approving / modifying budgets

Requirements:

✓ BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field, MSc in HR is a plus
✓ Experienced in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
✓ Exceptional team management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Speak English proficiently
✓ Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs
✓ Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies
✓ Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
✓ Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
