HR Intern
Responsibilities include:

As an HR Intern, your responsibility includes perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. More about this role:

✓ Assist HR manager with administrative projects (scanning and filing employment documents) and Assist Talent Acquisition Team with posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
✓ Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
✓ Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
✓ Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
✓ Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms and removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
✓ Assisting in the planning of company events.
✓ Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
✓ Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements:

✓ Final year bachelor's degree of related field (business, economics, psychology, etc.; freshgrads and senior year students are welcome)
✓ Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
✓ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓ Strong analytical skills and highly self-motivated
✓ The ability to work as part of a team.
✓ Great attention to detailsGreat attention to details
