Responsibilities include:

As a Front Office Manager, your responsibility includes act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome. More about this role:

✓ Maintain Guest Services and Front Desk Goals.
✓ Support Management of Front Desk Team.
✓ Ensure Exceptional Customer Service.
✓ Manage Projects and Policies.
✓ Support Human Resource Activities.
✓ Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
✓ Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
✓ Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

✓ BS/ MS in Hotel Management/ Tourism/ Business/ Management.
✓ Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
✓ Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
✓ Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures.
✓ Proficiency in English (oral and written).
✓ Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
✓ Excellent communication and people skills with Problem-solving skills.
