Responsibilities include:

As an Employer Branding, you will focus is to improve employees and busines to support the resources

✓ Assisting Employer Branding Lead to plan & execute HR events
✓ Provide support for employer branding needs
✓ Manage relationships with external parties
✓ Assist in ensuring Employer Branding database is updated and effective
✓ Coordinate with intenal team and external vendors
✓ Handle digital & physical Employer Branding

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economy, or Management are preferred
✓ Experience in handling events, event organizer background is highly preferred
✓ Strong project experience
✓ Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
✓ Orientation to details, and strong task management skills
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
