Corporate Legal Staff
Responsibilities include:

As a Corporate Legal Staff, you will organizing files, preparing legal documents, and performing general clerical tasks

✓ Prepare and review legal documents and law office documents of all types, including briefs, correspondence, affidavits, contracts, pleadings, and memos
✓ Handle legal audit and review and
✓ Do legal research matters and regulation
✓ Provide the new development and interpretation of regulation legal development
✓ Handle case of internal and outside the company
✓ Handle administration matters, filing and record control of legal documents (agreements and corporate licenses)

Requirements:

✓ BSc degree in Law
✓ Experience in legal officer
✓ Having knowledge in business law
✓ Good communication skill
✓ Having PKPA (have taken professional advocate courses)
