Company Secretary
Responsibilities include:

As a Company Secretary, you will provide administrative support and guidance to company directors

✓ Handle and servicing annual general meetings
✓ Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
✓ Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation
✓ Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
✓ Implementing processes to ensure good management of the organisation or compliance with legislation
✓ Collecting all information
✓ Create report daily, weekly, or monthly

Requirements:

✓ Diploma / BSc degree in any field
✓ Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software
✓ Excellent organisation and time management
✓ Able to take the initiative
✓ Flexible and practical to work
✓ Good in communication and interpersonal skills
