As a Business Analyst to join our happy team. Your primary role is to lead, perform and evaluate business processes and develop optimized strategies. About the role:
✓ Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
✓ Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, also develope and implement solutions.
✓ Performing requirements analysis.
✓ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems (data/ business analyst software).
✓ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
✓ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
✓ Critical and analytical skills with good negotiation skill to customer for maintaining project scope or change request.
✓ Mastered full cycle of project from user requirment, development, testing, deployment, testing, and maintenance
✓ Proficient in task management betwen project team and client's team.
✓ Good understanding in making of good Functional Specification Document (FSD)
✓ Have experience skills in documentation and administration (such as document versioning, Minutes of Meeting - MOM, etc)
✓ Well organised and having a good documentation practices.
✓ Good understanding in Sharepoint application development
✓ Mastered risk management and mitigation.
