Assistant Account Executive
Responsibilities include:

As Assistant Account Executive, your responsibility includes manage customer accounts by making plan and execute projects in ways that meet clients’ needs. More about this role:

✓ Developing sales materials and assist in delivering presentations to clients
✓ Conducting research to inform clients’ strategies
✓ Helping plan projects from start to finish (estimates, budgets, schedules)
✓ Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to implement projects
✓ Monitoring project progress, timelines and expenses
✓ Submitting regular status reports
✓ Responding to customer requests
✓ Maintaining data and records

Requirements:

✓ BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
✓ Experience in project management; background in advertising and social media marketing is a plus
✓ Knowledge of research methods
✓ Proficient in MS Office
✓ Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
✓ Attention to detail
