As an Account Representative, your responsibility includes address customer concerns and contact prospects to expand your account portfolio. More about this role:
✓ Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
✓ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
✓ Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
✓ Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
✓ Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
✓ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
✓ BSc/BA in business is a plus
✓ Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role
✓ Experience in customer service is a plus
✓ Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce
✓ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
